Discover our workshops

A compelling, collaborative workshop to understand, question and take action.

  • Through a fun and interactive journey, the Consumption Fresco invites participants to:

  • Become aware of the mechanisms that influence our purchasing choices, often without our knowledge, and their impact on the environment and society.

  • Discover the logic of overconsumption: understand its causes, the behaviour behind it and its consequences on an individual, collective and global scale.

  • Discover concrete tools for more responsible daily consumption and inspiring examples of companies that have been able to review their offerings and practices.

Designed to provoke thought, encourage dialogue and stimulate action, the Consumption Fresco is intended for any organisation that wants to support its members in making more sustainable and conscious consumption choices.

In a nutshell…

Discover

Delve deep into the invisible mechanisms that determine our choices: real needs, social influences, marketing, cultural habits and the pressure of trends.

Understanding these forces reveals why we often consume more than is necessary.

Understand

Measuring the extent of our behaviour: budgets spent, resource consumption, social impact and environmental impact.

This step gives you a concrete idea of the effect of our choices on the planet and on society as a whole.

Share

Share and discuss concrete solutions for more responsible consumption as a team: reducing waste, favouring sustainable products, rethinking the way we shop.

The aim is to inspire action that can be taken on a daily basis and within organisations.

Collective intelligence

1. Understand the invisible levers of consumption

Identify the psychological, social and marketing mechanisms that influence your purchasing choices, often without you even realising it. This awareness is essential if you want to consume more responsibly.

2. Quantify the impact of your habits

Assess the consequences of your consumption behaviour on the environment, society and your budget. This step allows you to measure your footprint in concrete terms and identify levers for action.

3. Explore sustainable alternatives, strategies to reduce your consumption and responsible practices.

After the group discussions, you will leave with simple actions that you can implement on a daily basis.

4. Take part in a joint workshop that encourages dialogue, the exchange of ideas and the joint development of solutions.

This dynamic strengthens everyone's commitment to more conscious and sustainable consumption.

The advantages of the workshop...

For Organisations

Assist your teams in gaining insight into their consumption habits, measuring their impact, and developing more responsible and sustainable practices.

Why propose the Consumption Fresco?

Because in a world where ecological and social transition has become urgent, organisations increasingly expect responsibility and conscious consumption. However, given the complexity of the issue, overconsumption and unsustainable choices remain major risks that undermine the credibility, performance and real impact of actions.

The Consumption Fresco offers your teams an immersive, collective and memorable experience to understand the mechanisms that drive us to consume, measure the social, ecological and economic consequences of our choices, and work together to create more responsible and sustainable consumption practices.

What added value for your teams?

A shared understanding of the challenges of responsible consumption and sustainable choices.

A better understanding of the impact of overconsumption on the environment, society and the economy.

The ability to identify risky behaviour and practices and to rethink their habits on a daily basis or within the organisation.

Concrete tools for action, inspired by best practices and examples from organisations that are pioneering sustainable consumption.

What happens next?

We don't stop there.

You can train your teams in animation, integrate the Consumption Fresco into your seminars, or create customised formats to reinforce your strategies for responsible consumption, eco-responsibility, and internal awareness.

The Consumption Fresco is a starting point. It is not an end in itself.

The Consumption Fresco is supported by Pluxee and Bleen, after raising awareness of ESG transition and organisational transformation among more than 3,000 participants in various workshops. Created in 2025, the fresco draws on this feedback to deepen understanding of the challenges associated with (over)consumption.

Following the enthusiasm generated by the first sessions, Pluxee and Bleen want to actively invest in the development of this workshop to make it a flagship tool for raising awareness of sustainable consumption issues.
