This is a full-time role for an ESG Consultant at Bleen. You will provide sustainability consulting services to organisations, analyzing data, developing strategies, and implementing solutions. You will help clients design and implement comprehensive ESG strategies across climate, biodiversity, circular economy, and social impact. This role is located in Brussels.

Key responsabilities

  • Lead or support ESG consulting projects for client organisations
  • Develop ESG strategies across: ESG Strategy, Decarbonization, Biodiversity, Circularity, Social Justice, Adaptation & Resilience, and Transformation
  • Conduct ESG assessments, carbon footprint analyses, and materiality studies
  • Define science-based targets (SBTi) and KPIs aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Support client transformation and change management efforts
  • Deliver client presentations, workshops, and steering committee meetings
  • Manage projects, timelines, and client relationships effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in sustainability consulting, ESG, or environmental management
  • Strong data analysis and strategy development skills
  • Expertise in one or more ESG domains (climate, biodiversity, circular economy, social impact)
  • Project management and implementation experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Native or fluent in English; understanding of French and Dutch also required.
