How an expert mission works
Step 1: Scoping (1 week). We define the perimeter together: what's in, what's out, what the deliverable looks like and when you need it. You get a written scope document before anything starts.
Step 2: Data and fieldwork (2–8 weeks depending on scope). The expert collects data, conducts interviews, runs analyses. They work with your internal contact person and flag data gaps early.
Step 3: Analysis and deliverable (1–3 weeks). Results, recommendations and the deliverable you agreed on. Bleen experts present findings in person to your team or board, not just in a PDF attachment.
Step 4: Handover. The expert transfers knowledge to your internal team: methodology, tools, templates. The goal is that you can maintain and update the work going forward.
