This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Sales Executive at Bleen. You will support our sales team by identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, managing the sales pipeline, and learning the sustainability consulting market. You'll work on both consulting services and Academy programs, helping organisations discover how Bleen can support their ESG transformation. This role is located in Brussels.

Key responsabilities

  • Conduct market research and identify prospective clients in target industries
  • Perform outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate leads
  • Support the sales manager in managing the CRM and maintaining accurate sales pipeline data
  • Assist in preparing proposals and sales materials for consulting and Academy offerings
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics for client calls and presentations
  • Follow up with prospects and help move opportunities through the sales pipeline
  • Attend industry events, webinars, and networking sessions
  • Learn Bleen's consulting services and Academy programs to effectively communicate value

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, or related field
  • 0-2 years of sales, business development, or customer service experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships
  • Basic understanding of sustainability and ESG concepts (or willingness to learn)
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems (or quick ability to learn)
  • Ability to work independently and take direction from the sales manager
  • Native or fluent in English; understanding of French and Dutch also required.
