Marketing Intern
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Marketing Intern at Bleen. You will support our marketing and communications efforts across consulting and Academy programs. You'll help build brand awareness, manage digital channels, create content, and support event coordination. This role is located in Brussels.

Bleen is a sustainability consulting boutique based in Brussels, reshaping organisations towards a decarbonized, regenerative, and distributive model. We offer flexibility for remote work, providing a dynamic and innovative work environment for those passionate about sustainability and impact.
Key responsabilities
- Support social media management with relevant content about ESG and sustainability
- Create and edit content (blog posts, case studies, newsletters, social graphics)
- Support event promotion and coordination (webinars, workshops, networking events)
- Maintain and update website content and marketing materials
- Assist with campaign planning and execution
- Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Support Academy program promotion (Frescos, workshops, training programs)
Qualifications
- Enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design basics (Canva, Adobe suite a plus)
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas
- Interest in sustainability and ESG topics
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
