Strengthen understanding of climate issues within teams, identify concrete action levers, and structure a roadmap to sustainably integrate climate into decision-making and action processes.
Intervention
Step 1
Existing ESG practices diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive carbon footprint diagnosis across all organizational activities. Review existing ESG policies and initiatives for strengths and gaps. Assess alignment level with Globalt Fokus CCES standards and best practices. Deliver detailed report including strengths, improvement points, and tailored recommendations for climate integration.
Step 2
Carbon footprint tool benchmark: Examine 30+ carbon footprint calculation tools against 10 rigorous criteria. Evaluate tools for accuracy, ease of use, data requirements, and sector relevance. Compare costs, technical support, and integration capabilities of different solutions. Identify and recommend best-suited tool for Trias and Broederlijk Delen's specific context and needs.
Step 3
Action plan creation workshop: Facilitate ecological issues awareness sessions building common understanding. Deliver change management training using ADKAR model to address resistance. Lead structured discussion of inaction discourses and how to overcome them. Guide definition of priorities, targets, and KPIs aligned with organizational mission. Facilitate project prioritization and action plan creation in working groups focused on different operational areas.
Step 4
Change support: Provide hands-on support for operational implementation of priority climate actions. Facilitate internal program dissemination ensuring broad organizational buy-in. Support creation of shared tools and frameworks to sustain approach over time. Establish peer learning mechanisms and documentation systems for continuous improvement.
