The Workshop
The Business Resilience Game, developed by Circulab in 2020, is designed to accelerate organizational adaptation to 21st-century challenges. Participants make strategic decisions as business leaders responding to dynamic environmental, social, and geopolitical events. The game challenges the conventional wisdom that business resilience must come at the expense of performance, instead helping organizations discover how resilience and profitability can reinforce each other through wise strategy and stakeholder alignment.

This workshop matters because businesses recognize climate and social risks intellectually but struggle to change decision-making patterns. The game addresses this implementation gap by creating visceral, experiential learning where abstract risks become concrete threats requiring immediate response. The game was developed with DICI Design to translate climate science and social trend research into interactive scenarios. One-day facilitator training is available to help trainers shift their own mindset and master the teaching approach.
