The Inclusion Fresco invites participants to become aware of cognitive biases that influence perceptions and decisions, explore the mechanics of exclusion (causes, behaviors, consequences on individuals, teams and society), and discover concrete tools to foster inclusion in daily life, along with inspiring examples from pioneer organizations.

What to Expect
The workshop lasts approximately 3 hours and is structured in three parts. First, participants explore cognitive biases through concrete examples and role-playing. Then, they dive into exclusion mechanisms: discriminatory criteria and their consequences on individuals and groups, anchored in the Belgian legal context. Finally, participants co-construct solutions at individual and collective levels, drawing from pioneer organizations' best practices.
